None of that ‘I'll be there between 8 and 5’ nonsense. He dug right into it. Turns out, the issue was with the heating element. Probably why my cookies were all half-baked on one side! He had all the parts ready to go and fixed it up in no time. Even gave me a couple of handy tips to keep it running smoother—like a bonus instructional session, but way cooler.
